What the coach is

The Heard Server Coach is an AI tool built on 25 years of restaurant serving experience. It is not a person, and it is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Every restaurant runs differently. Your restaurant's rules, your manager, and the law in your state always come first. For allergies, always check with your kitchen.

Free and paid use

• The free tier includes a limited number of questions per day and one practice table. Limits can change.
• Practice mode is a one-time payment of $19.99 for unlimited use of the coach on your devices. No subscription. Payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card number.
• After you pay, you get an unlock code. Keep it. It unlocks Practice mode on another phone or browser. Lost it? Email us with the email you paid with.
• Unlimited means normal personal use. We may limit a code that is shared publicly or used in a way that looks automated.

Using it fairly

• Don't try to break the coach, get around the limits, or use it for anything that isn't restaurant work.
• Don't share your unlock code publicly.
• Don't type private information about guests or coworkers into the coach.

What we keep

If you sign up for updates, we keep your email and use it only to send Heard updates. If you buy Practice mode, Square shares your email with us so we can help if you lose your code. The coach doesn't save your conversations on our site. To process your questions, they're sent to the AI provider that powers the coach. We don't sell your information.

No guarantees

We work to make the coach accurate and helpful, but it can get things wrong. Use your judgment. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Heard isn't responsible for decisions you make based on it.
