Refund Policy

If Practice mode isn't for you, email heard.training@gmail.com within 7 days of buying, with the email you paid with, and we'll refund the full $19.99. No hoops.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Square. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank. When a refund goes through, the unlock code tied to that purchase stops working.

Charged twice, or paid and didn't get unlocked? Email us and we'll fix it right away, any time.
